Dug out some Mordheim Witch Hunters from WAY back!
« on: November 16, 2014, 05:17:00 PM »
I was rooting through stuff to sell to make room for some new projects and came across these. I painted these years ago and almost forgot I had them. They are all metals apart from the warrior priest who is a plastic mini.
Not sure if to Ebay them on auction or not. If not, I'm not sure how much to ask for them. Any ideas?

They are BEAUTIFULLY painted & based creations; AND they are all out of production. I haven't sold anything on Ebay in quite a long time & even then my erstwhile friend Mack took care of the selling. However, the Mordheim pieces I sold with a paint job of similar quality sold at $30 each.  You might want to start the bidding at around that price...prices have gone up since mine were sold.

Alternately, you could keep them & joins us over on Tom's Boring Mordheim Forum; we can never have too many fine fellows aboard:

Hi don't sell them short. The paint jobs are superb and they are out of production. Give them a decent starting price, the least you would be happy with. I have sold painted figures in the past and regretted not getting a decent price. One hell of a lot of time and work goes into painting to a high quality. The reward should suit the time and effort on by your part.

Really nice. I would have thought DeafNala is about on the money in terms of price. (15-20 pounds each)

Great stuff; Witch Hunters were/are my favourite Mordheim band! I just love the character in those sculpts and your paintjob has done them all justice at the least.

I'd be loath to sell them, but should you decide to do so, make sure you get a decent value for them, because they deserve it...

Really nice work there.  Thanks for sharing these.

As for pricing, rather than asking here, your most accurate method would be to go to ebay and search for "Mordheim" after selecting the "Sold Items" box.  That will show you the actual selling prices, rather than the less accurate listing of what is currently for sale.

Can't give you any specific numbers, but I think you'll do quite well selling these!
