Has anyone had any luck contacting Artizan Designs customer service? I've emailed them twice at mailorder@northstarfigures.com and received no answer at all. Its been at least 4 weeks since my last inquiry. If someone could direct me to a better contact email or something I'd appreciate it. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with their lack of customer service, especially since I've bought a good number of miniatures from them over the years. I'm in the US and would rather not try and calling overseas unless that's my only option.
Oh, and my specific problem is that I bought an U.S. Airborne platoon and I'm missing the legs for the mortar, which I'd really like to finish up.
