#012 Rocket Raccoon Galactic Guardian

Another lovely miniature. Would be nice if everybody would include some info about the manufacturer of his entry.  :)

#014 Rukbat Alien Bodyguard from Killer B Games.

I always imagined that he would have a static attack, shuffling several feet forward then discharging the built up static electricity through his antenna.
I go to pieces so fast that people get hit by the shrapnel.

Lovelymodels all round. I nearly went for rukbat myself. Now, after seeing your brilliant take on it,  I must!

Love that robot cat too!

#017: Infinity Sniper

I have a love/hate thing for Infinity figs; love the sculpts but my brushwork doesn't do them justice. Here's the first one I'm actually satisfied with.

Another point requiring clarification:

While there is a certain overlap, "Sci-Fi" in this context does not cover Weird Wars (there's a different board for that, with a different Painting Club to come in the future) or Postapocalyptic themes (there already was a Painting Club for that).

Some exceptions may be made for some items from post-apocalyptic settings if they are clearly of the Science-Fiction variety, such as suitably-futuristic robots (e.g. Claptrap above, or the various robots from the Fallout franchise), but the mere fact that a post-apocalyptic setting takes place in the future doesn't make it Sci-Fi per se.

As for Weird Wars, that theme will get its own Painting Club in 2015.
