Trust M'Lud Snapwallah to have enough spirits aboard for all the wanna be attendees...

& should thirst raise it's ugly spectre,  he'll doubtless have trusty Old Scrotum nearby,
to serve the parched throngs of bystanders & spectators...

I said: "thRongs",  M'Lud, please calm yourself down...

This does quite look the bee's knees, would I could attend meowndamnself...

Best wishes, & good luck to all fortunate enough to attend & enjoy!!

Old Scrotum (the aged family retainer) will be attending as I need someone to carry all the lovely stuff I intend to buy! He will of course be carrying the usual flask full of the reviving fluids!

I will take my camera and post some pictures next week.

Am I the only one who is surprised at the lack of solo play focused rule-sets?

Old Scrotum (the aged family retainer)

He is, of course, a favourite functionary in aristocratic circles but it normally referred to as Scrotum, the Wrinkled Old Retainer....

Enjoy the game and day out....

You, Sir, presume 'er Ladyship left Hizzonner his own set to BE retained...

Oh, beg pardon, you were discussing the Help...

Must pay better attention, wot?

Will the be bonuses for Proper Pulp Hattage?

Or penalties for the lidless?

Those bereft of bonnets oughta suffer the appropriate consequences.

Wish I could make it but, Bristol to Newark is a fair old drive. :(

All the best.

Getting up to Derbyshire is normally a 4 hour drive for me, yesterday it was 6 hours (accident M5, congestion M42, roadwoks M1)! Still, I'm here now and will be making my way over to Newark in a while. It's going to be great!

That reminds me why I don't do any shows further north than Abingdon (on this Sunday, by the way) these days. Nevertheless, you're there now, hopefully attended by Scrotum, and as you say - it'll be great. Have a smashing game.

Looking at where you've hailed from - are you going to the Exeter show in May?

Yes, I hope so, are you?

We did! I met Chris and his family, lovely people. Chris GM'd and Lewis (spelt right?) his son, helped the senile Snapcase to a semblance of understanding of what was going on!  lol

No photos until I get home tomorrow but this morning's game, which we all thoroughly enjoyed ended in an honourable  draw. My strategy was well thought out until I failed to open a filing cabinet (plot point) even though I think I had at least eight attempts at it!  :'( The Terra-Blocks were fantastic to play on, as you'll see from the photos. I shall definitely be buying some now.

Hammerhead was a great show and I'll post some photos of the other games on the events board.

Thanks to Chris for a hugely enjoyable game of Pulp Alley.  :-*

Sounds like you had a great time - your enthusiasm is bursting through...! I've never played a Pulp game, let alone Pulp Alley but obviously. I'm missing out.

I look forward to seeing your photos.

I'll be at Exeter - ttading (em4miniatures). Come and say hello...

Come and say hello...

Doug,
Not only will I come and say hello but I will probably feel obliged to hand over wads of cash!  ;) See you in May.
