I think it is the "Mouth of Sauron" Mithril miniature.

Ah, yes - I was thinking of a Citadel chaos warrior in a similarly fishy helmet, but it's not the same.

I think you have don a great job of capturing the look and feel of the art work you have chosen as the basis for your army. Some very cleaver painting and conversion work there. I will be keen to see the rest of your army.

The skin is a little too blue for my taste, but otherwise, those orcs eminds me the days before Peter Jackson movies, when I was young and reading the Lord of the Rings books.

Arthadan, about your question: Finally after several considerations, only I'm going to paint two orc forces "Mordor" (Red eye) and Gundabad, but for this last one...I'm planning to use different simbols and banners like this image:

If I recall correctly, there were many different Orc clans in that module. That is fun from a RPG approach but you may want a more cohesive look for your warband. Also, that serpent standard look very Haradrim to me.

Yes Arthadan you are right! many different orc clans in this module! The serpent standard is in my mind since I see this image.....

Here some more picts from my forces......Uruk imps,Snagas and some more orcs!. Buy the way, I have now about 40 more orcs (includigns warg raiders) pending to paint!!!!

and next year the project will be: "The Forest People" an army with Beornings,woodman and mirkwood elves to fight against my orcish forces!!!
