The Saga of Ivar Sveinson the Coward, a DuxB campaign
« on: January 03, 2015, 01:45:58 PM »
Link to blog

It's DuxBrittaniarum, with a twist. Me and a mate are playing a part historical/part fantasy campaign, depicting a series of raids from the Isle of Mann on the northern coast of Britain. The first two sessions have been completed and the saga is starting to unfold. The link above also contains a couple of posts with a bit of waffle about the game mechanics and the campaign system. Hopefully we will be able to game on a regular basis, at least once a fortnight now that xmas is over. A viking coward, who would have thought it?  ;) And now, the promo pic.....

What! No photo of the sheep. lol
Good looking battle.
Interesting characters for the Vikings.
Look forward to more adventures.
P.S.
Just when back and read the second battle.
Looks like the Vikings are back to being tough guys.
Good raid.

Pretty cool, looking forward to seeing how the campaign turns out.
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

More great battle reports.
Love the back and forth of the victories and defeats,
of the sides.
