Zizi; the Pattex gel is the same stuff I always use. In fact, I use it almost exclusively (after several embarassing incidents with the runny stuff
).
It sets a bit slower than regular superglue, so you're required to hold the pieces a bit longer, but heat and moisture help to speed up the process. So breathing on it and holding it up under the desk lamp works a treat.
The slower setting speed allows for some last minute corrections too.
It is, however, more expensive than the regular glue, but I find it well worth it...
