I really like that temple. Any tips on building that?

Hard to say, since I bought it (Fantasy Gelaende)
But it clearly is 2 layers of blue foam cut into the form of the stepped pyramid and glued to a slab of MDF. They then glued the plaster bits to the sides of the pyramid and made the small temple structure on top (also plaster). The steps are also plaster bits. He then glued pieces of grass matts to the tops of the blue foam and then added more static grass and some small plants.
