Just going off those pics, they look pretty horrid...I know the sprues popped up of the resistance and they looked "okay".  The terminators unfortunately look truly dreadful.

The pre-order poster I saw on Warlord's site the other day had some nice looking painted figures. They're a little small however, so I'm not sure how they look up close. I'd like to know how they get the endo-skeletons to look so shiny and polished.

Cmdr Vyper and I saw these at Salute. Seeing a man such as Alessio Cavatore who has done so much for gaming over the years sat on a corner of the Warlord stand trying to hawk their wares was a truely sad sight.

Sorry to say that the game looked dreadfull. The figures even worse. The scale of them all seemed off. The proportions are off, and they just dont look like gaming figures!
They are all tall and thin and moulded from a cheap plastic. They actually look more like a cheap chinese copy of a airfix plastic soldier from 1972 ( pre target box ).

They may paint up OK, but they are SO thin and bendy, and SO small....
They truely are pieces for a board game. And not a very good one.

Vyper has a terminator model he kept, that he could show if you ask him for pix...

I got a sprue when I ordered from Warlord last time. I do not agree, they are not any more bendy then other plastic minis of quality, the plastic does not feel cheap except for the silver colour.
Tall and thin, I agree but they need to be thin to fit under a layer of flesh, proportions and scale seems ok, perhaps a little too tall.
Here are a few mobile pics.

To really see if they are out of scale I would have to compare them to the resistance figs etc.
The game however does look a bit bland from the box, but with good terrain etc it will look a lot better. Looking at them they definately do not look small to me.
They will look a bit to samey to me as there are only two poses for the endos, hopefully releases in metal or resin will remedy that.

Judging by those pictures they look just right. I do not think it will be a problem that they will look a bit samey. They are robots afterall and not dynamic humans.

Yup looking static and samey is not that much of a problem. Looking forward to the game and the miniatures.

Ok so I caught the title of this thread back in January and read Alessio and termis and thought 40k and subconsciously purged it from my mind. Now I've accidentally clicked on it just now and I'm some what intrigued. I just hope it's a vast improvement over the Leading Edge stuff from the late 80s early 90s. Can't remember if they published any rule for the minis.
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass....and I'm all out of bubblegum. No wait I've just found another pack in my back pocket. Mmm tropical fruit bubblicious.

Almost anything would be an improvment over the Leading Edge rules. I have them and they are very basic...
