Looks great to me! I'm impressed with the things that people can manage on a 3d printer.

Yeah my Photon is really fantastic for 15mm. There's barely any print lines (particularly in the flesh, obviously my images are much bigger than they are really). I print at 0.03mm layers - 15mm minis take about 4 hours (though with resin that's true if you print one mini or 20). The actual printing cost is really cheap for 15mm - I reckon he was about £0.06 worth of resin.

Wow! You're right it does look spot on thanks. I have been looking at all the possibilities, I have many male figures in different races but need females to fill in some rolls.

Exactly - I've got a load of space women on the printer at the mo, there's barely any out there in 15mm.

Can't wait to see some space women, I try to have close to 50/50 male/female minis. GZG is pretty good when it comes to representation.

Yeah me too - you're right, all the GZG colonist/militia packs are good.

Other races of women would be great! Like the Lion, Reptiles, Dogs and other types aliens.
Just remember "If the Enemy is in range, so are YOU!

Continuing my new year motivation, here's a few more of the current crop I'm working up.

Firstly - I'm slowly knocking up with Heroforge + digital conversion + actual sculpting some homages to the original Rogue Trader sculpts I love (that I can't belive no one has knocked off in 15mm).

One of my absolute favourites is the Space Eunuch - such a silly mini, he's everything I love about Rogue Trader.

Here's my take (apologies - on my laptop screen I can see these are a touch out of focus)

Mostly created in Heroforge, I made his bottom half nude then digitally added the belt, kneepads and codpiece myself in Meshmixer. When it came to painting, I had to go for the classic scheme from the Rogue Trader poster (he's in the middle, labelled 'Scum'):

All in all, a really handy character.

Whilst I had the red out, I boxed off my take on Simon Roy's version of John Prophet, from the really excellent Image comics reboot.

This was pure Heroforge except the blade, that I altered in meshmixer.

I'm *really* pleased with this mini - he's meant to be the very first Prophet we meet, on earth, before he finds his dolmantle - and I think I've captured the slight Conan-in-space vibe that Simon Roy gives him.

I wasn't perfectly faithful to the uniform but I'm chuffed regardless.

Incidentally if you haven't read Image comics' Prophet you should - it's proper bonkers multi-verse sci-fi. Nothing down to earth here. I get a new idea every time I turn a page.

Next up I'm aiming for a group of 5-10 muties - in the 2000ad/Strontium Dog vibe. Folks to cause trouble in dusty space towns.

WOW!  :o

I wish I knew more about 3D  printers and and reconfiguring  structures. Well I guess that's  my goal for this year then. :D

It‘s totally changed the hobby for me in 15mm and 6mm - so much so I opened a little shop! I’d really suggest a resin printer given you do small scales - you’ll get much more use. I love it.

Those are really well done.

A shop? What else do you have there?

Just vehicles and buildings matey - can’t sell these figures.

These are terrific - the Space Eunuch especially!

Thanks - he’s not quite as ‘ugly’ as the original, but as a first go of replicating I’m pretty pleased.

Awesome minis, mate!

Thanks dude! Easier to type here than Instagram - my red recipe!

Black primer obv
Vallejo opaque red
GW wazdakka red
GW Wazadakka mixed with GW Firedragon Bright
Even more Firedragon in the mix as a final highlight.

It's not my favourite colour, but the above recipe is one of my favourites to paint - coverage is just so good.
