I believe that one is from Secret Invasion. They spelled it Mar-Vell.

Thanks very much Leon, wellender and most especially Puuka ( I had no doubt Puuka would know!)

The spelling would be what foxed me, I tried skrull, marvel and captain in the search but
didn't think to look for mar-vell.

There is a Batman with a similar base that goes well with that Robin. I think it was from the DC Icons set.

This Robin was originally in Icons as well, so it's possible. The Icons Batman was standing on a gargoyle, one foot forward if I recall correctly. One of the better Batman sculpts.

From Heroclix 'Avengers' set, pile driver from the wrecking crew.

It's a very small sculpt compared to a lot of the other clix, and underwhelming in pose and detail
