Heads up on the Foldio Light Box for taking photos...
« on: January 26, 2015, 04:05:35 AM »
My new Foldio light tent. It has an led strip up top and puts together with magnets in the folds. Comes with white grey and black backgrounds. I ordered an extra led strip for the bottom, but in the meantime I've used an extra light. This thing is great!

Inexpensive and perfect for Miniatures.

The picture attached was taken with my cell phone, not too shabby!

I'll be putting together a video review soon. I picked mine up from Amazon.com

Nice! Been thinking of one of these...

I've been tempted for a while and dived into the bigger foldio2 kickstarter - looking forward to it arriving.

MrH,

Curious why you went this route instead of a DIY version?
Just picking your brain on the issue.

I have a standard light tent, but once I saw this I liked it.  I like the idea that it goes together with magnets and is a nice sturdy material. I don't have a lot of time to put together DIY solutions and this one seemed reasonably priced and a perfect size.

Nice about the DIY versions is there are many versions. Some only take less time to find and order a light box and others now so much. LOL
Which specifically, link plz, did you get from Amazon so peeps can see the exact one if they are interested.
