15mm Americans and Germans for Chain of Command
« on: January 26, 2015, 06:02:04 AM »
Hi all,

I thought I would post pictures of my minis. I went for 15mm for Chain of Command, mostly due to budget and ease of painting. My Americans were originally used for FoW but I rebased and repainted them.

Germans are from Peter Pig, Americans a mix of Peter Pig and Battlefront. Armour is almost all PSC, except for the German half-track which is from Zvezda.

I've coloured bases as a quick reference to what's what - riflemen are black, weapons crew are red, engineers are yellow and leaders are blue. Since the minis are small it helps to differentiate everyone on the table faster.

Hope you like them :D

Regards,
sR

Lovely job.  Of Cousteau, 15mm is "true" scale for CoC.  Your figure scale matches ground scale.  We use 28mm as we are running games around the shows and people can see them better, but I've really enjoyed the 15mm games I've played.

Thanks Rich. 28mm felt cramped to me. Need to work on more terrain and better maneuvering!
