Clay Shapers..... My Kingdom for some Clay Shapers!!
« on: January 27, 2015, 10:38:20 PM »
I'm currently don't have access to my clay shapers... frankly I'm fed up of waiting for them and I'm going to buy some more.... I only need a few.

I've got some Perry goodies in the post that are all up for conversion jobs when they get here....... which may be tomorrow!

Does anyone in the UK know of a not overly expensive source?

Cheers,
Darrell.

My local pound land sells a set of medium clay shapers in grey rubber for (yes) £1
So I assume the whole chain stocks them

Try Heresy, he seems to have the regular kind and a fancy one with a metal loop on the other end. I got one and it is really useful.

Amazon have some, although they're more expensive than I was expecting.

Ken Bromley have individual ones, again, not cheap.

If you have any art shops near you, they should have some

Have you tried "The Works"...

Definitely sell them.  I don't need them myself but when I'm looking for "cheap" brushes for priming or varnishing I always see clay shapers in the same "craft" area.
