New Pulp Alley Card Printer
« on: January 29, 2015, 08:16:30 PM »
At the end of 2014 our card printer significantly increased their prices. For example, a stack of cards that was costing us about $21 was increased to over $43 in November.

Unfortunately this left us with the difficult decision to increase our own prices significantly or find another printer. In the end Mila and I agreed that it was in our long-term interest and the best interest of our customers to find another printer.

At the start of 2015 we are now using a different company to print our Pulp Alley cards and we have no plans to increase the prices. However, there are a few differences that I would like to make our players aware of ---

1. Our newly printed Fortune Decks will no longer be packaged in a clear plastic case.

2. Our cards are now printed on premium 305gsm black core card stock, rather than the 310gsm linen stock used on our older cards.

3. Overall, the color, feel, and size of our newly printed cards are nearly identical to the older ones, but our more competitive-minded players may benefit from using card sleeves.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
