15mm English Civil War Basic Baroque AAR

Well, I finally got round to a hastily arranged game last night.

Nige and I played Basic Baroque ECW in 15mm. 

Its been about a year since our last ECW game and six months since a game of any sort between us.

I took the opportunity to add a photo report of sorts to my site.  I hope you enjoy it. 

We certainly enjoyed our evening, though one of us more than the other perhaps.

Lovely little armies. I think I prefer 15mm for massed battles purely for the massed effect you can achieve while also having some interest uniforms to paint.

Looks quite the business. 
The levelled pikes give a nice feel of massed formation in particular. Very well done!
