Excellent Jeff, you've probably done more Boot Hills than I have now  8)

One day I'll count them for you. ;)

Lovely paintjob. The artillery crew is amazing and the running infantry is awesome :o
I wish I could do such a great job on rank&file units!

Greetings  ;)

Great paintwork Jeff.  :D

All in a line in the same pose does make them look like some dance hall performing troupe though..

LOL cheers Ray, I know what you mean but when I've done the other 18 (different poses) it will give a more irregular appearance.

Excellent Jeff, you've probably done more Boot Hills than I have now  8)
Quantity over quality mate ;) if I could paint like you there would be a lot less lol.

Thank you all very much for your comments, it's appreciated.

Right then that's another ten done, just three more soldatos and five command figures to complete the unit. I don't know about yourselves but when I'm painting lots of figures in the same uniform I can only do about half a dozen at a time otherwise I get bored and it becomes a chore. I have seen people painting dozens of figures in one go and I take my hat off to them, that must require a lot of self discipline.
Anyway putting the 20 figures into a group shot gives a nice impression of a swarm of infantry charging the walls of the Alamo I think, when their based up and the command figures are added, with a bit of luck they'll look quite impressive.

Well here's the command for the latest unit along with three skirmishers. All that's left now is for the owner to base them up and add a flag and their good to go. I've put some photos up of them as a full unit to give a feel of an advancing Mexican mass, I hope you like them.
