Hi from Portugal!
« on: February 24, 2015, 04:20:02 PM »
Hi, new member here, from Portugal!

For now just seeing around and understanding the mechanics and themes of the forum.

I am a RPG and Wargamer fan, especially with historical themes, although I don’t play as much as I would like.

I also make some 1/72 Paper Miniatures at juniorgeneral.org

Thank you all!

I am still lurking around!

Cherno,
I begun to take a look to your cardboard miniatures, you will see me there in a thread soon! For the time I will only say: “Uau!” The results seem very photographic and professional. For instance the Paper soldiers that I do seem much more amateur and are more “lego” like, were we can assemble them from different parts (and authors). Actually, in the present I spend more time reading / researching to draw them than playing. Turns out to be a different "game".

Predatorpt,

You are talking about my Avatar? Hehehe… it doesn’t represent a war scene… but it was a kind of “stamp” that I made for a paper soldiers set for the Portuguese Colonial War (1961-1974/5).

Bem-vindo!

You'll find quite a few people on LAF with an interest in Portuguese military history.

Not the avatar, I went and visited the website in your signature ;)

And I saw you found my blog, thanks for the first comment ever!  ;)
