Full Thrust Template [commercial]

Have done some Full Thrust Templates inspired by the design on EmeraldCoast Skunkworks https://emeraldcoastskunkworks.wordpress.com





These are made from double layer 2mm MDF, having efect of etched on both sides.  I can do single layer 2mm acrylic.

The template is 70mm across, I can reduce this size for Bases but not for the slotted template.

Have done larger templates for bigger flight stands (50, 60, 75mm core hole) & can fairly easily change the Core Shape (i.e.: the hole in middle) to other design.

It was suggested that the design, if modified, could be useful as a  as bases.


(Before anyone comments, the lettering will be the right way around once cut, just a quirk with my laser where is flips image in one plane)

With 2mm MDF was thinking £2.00 GBP per double layer template set.
For bases, if use 70mm circle (can do smaller bases) get 24 for £8.40 GBP (ie; £0.33 GBP each).

Would anyone be interested in these?

Too bad, I always love to keep my opponent guessing... 

Can I pay for a dropship, and hold off delivery til the templates are ready? 

How goes the ideas I've seen elsewhere on doing up as bases?

Have added them to my site just yet, but the templates can be ordered now.

With the template the one with 12 points I am calling a double hex core as can not think of a better name. The other is just Hex core.

Might have ago at doing a suitable template for ACTA Star Trek, will have to read the updated rules.

Are these Bases OK?



The Blue & pink lines are etching, letters would be outlined only.  The small hole in middle is .25mmD for a flight base pole, the hole can be enlarged for bigger poles.
