Got this mini among a bunch of others recently . Any idea which range he came from?

Yep, definitely a GB Viking Hirdman. No doubt about it. I've got several as I had to eek them out of my Hirdmen packs in my Viking army as it was 9th Century based and the long mail coat is too late for that time.

The Black Tree Designs Vikings don't come with unattached weapons.

I don't think he is OOP, looks to me like he's the top right fellow in this pack:

GB sells several other similarly posed Dane-ax wielding Vikings and Saxons sprinkled across their range.

As Whitwort said he is one of the hirdmen in that pack. I got him my self.
