Thanks for this; the rules look interesting.
However, I don't share your enthusiasm about the quality of the minis. I own quite a few but I have mixed feelings about them. First they are marketed as 35mm but it must be to the nose rather than to the eyes or the top of their heads. This is fine by me but one has to keep in mind that they are compatible with no other range.
The poses tend to be great but sculpting quality is quite variable, even within single minis which can alternate parts with exquisite details and others which can be best defined as undefined lumps. Faces, hands and weapons tend in particular to be subpar. They also have ridiculously short and broad feet. Finally the casting quality is simply unacceptable. I don't know of any modern range of minis with such bad mold lines. They can be made to look good but they require a lot of work. They are also a pain to convert as they're made of a soft and brittle metal. Given how much they cost I don't feel their overall quality is great.
