6milPhil , Bubbles are all over in random spots...not large ones and I can fill them with something before I paint

Use a mould release or talc as suggested above, one drawn out way might be to cast a little with the moudl almost on it's side, tickle out bubbles, then the other side, etc. That's why vacuum chambers are used.  :?
