Can't go wrong with Foundry's offerings: http://www.wargamesfoundry.com/our-ranges/aztec-and-inca

Perry 15th century could be a choice for the very early stages of the Conquista, say Columbus and his sons. Anything beyond, e.g. Cortés or Pizarro, would require modelling skills on par with Stuart of Landsknecht fame. People who can't afford new, fashionable equipment don't necessarily recycle old stuff, they just go for cheaper options. So, for example, you would find conquistadors in textile, possibly indigenous armour, which are different from European styles.

Foundry do a lovely set of swordsmanand arquebusiers in the swashbucklers range as well as a nice little cannon. If you need later models have a look at the gamezone imperials who look very Spanish.
