The Thin Karki Line (15mm)
« on: April 21, 2015, 09:27:57 PM »
Hey Internet,

Have just updated my blog with the latest weapon of the Thin Karki Line - the only thing standing between the good folks of the Empire and The Hun, The Martian & the Savage.

EDIT: Rather than clutter up the VSF board with each of my meagre contributions individually, I'm going to use this thread as a sort of 'project show and tell' as I complete each bit. I've retitled this thread to that effect.

A variation on the paint scheme

If I ever do WW2 North Africa, I'll paint one up that way.

the TOG is a perfect choice. It fits the bill as a VSF warmachine to a tee. I would suggest some rear smokestacks to tie it into VSF a little more but regardless it will look the part blowing away the red hordes of mars

Pfft! Funnels?

The future is galvanic batteries my man!

Blimey, its a SLOG! One of me favourites out of World of Tanks... Agreed with Scurv, suits VSF brilliantly!

Battlefront do a model? I thought they didn't make it out of prototype.

And I've got to go to Bovington some day.

Battlefront did a range of 'Mid-War Monsters' that had tanks that were either rare or prototypes.

Mr.Marx - great stuff.

Thanks for all the nice comments :)

next you will be telling me this machine will replace the horse!

Quite So! The motor-car and the tracklayer are but the clumsy stepping stones along the scientific path towards mechanically impersonating God's own creations.

I predict, with no little confidence, that before the fiftieth year of the twentieth century mechanical walking machines will have wholly replaced not only the horse; but the motorcar, the porter, the dockworker!

Battlefront did a range of 'Mid-War Monsters' that had tanks that were either rare or prototypes.

What that man said.
