Pulp Alley Solo Egg Hunt (AAR added 17/05/15)
« on: May 08, 2015, 04:36:36 PM »
I've been toying with how to run a solo Pulp Alley in the Lost World game.

My initial thoughts are at http://diplomatist2.blogspot.co.uk/2015/05/an-egg-hunt-thoughts-please.html.  As this is my first attempt at such a thing, I'd appreciate any comments or suggestions.

I'm working on the league roster now and creating the stats for the dinos (using the predators and prey suggestions from Pulp Alley).

Pulp Alley works really well for solo play. We have a free download available on our store that has some simple suggestions for solo games. Look for Dr. Fang's Shop of Wonders --- http://store.pulpalley.com/category-s/1818.htm?searching=Y&sort=7&cat=1818&show=10&page=2

I'm looking forward to seeing more.  :D

HAVE FUN

Looks like fun. I usually have to tweak a scenario a few times to find the right balance. And I think you're on the right track.

Without actually adding extra terrain, one idea/suggestion is to limit visibility (no shooting over 12") and just assume that the entire area is full of trees and other vegetation.

Did you have a questions about "rushing"?

THANKS for sharing your photos.  :D

Looks like a good game, I like your nests of eggs on the table, did you eat them afterwards?  ;)
