"That's no door!"
« on: May 11, 2015, 05:35:09 PM »
Had a game of what my GM likes to call "Endungeoned"
It's a worked up version of Heroquest.
Well after my character managed to piss off two chest mimics I got to joking about other unpleasant varieties and how much I'd love to make them.
Of course he said yes and we made a list.. So some day I'll be putting my thieves tools to the door to pick it and finding it chewing my arm off...
Still very much WIP.
If you'd like an apocalyptic monster in 28mm, throw me a PM and I'll think it over.

Great idea...  :D Mimics are an absolutely vile trick to play on dungeoneers! And as such I heartily endorse them.  lol

OUTSTANDING! I've done all sorts of creepy things, but a mimic door is something new & different; AND WONDERFULLY sculpted it is...GREAT, IMAGINATIVE, & INSPIRING* WORK!

*The "inspiring" does mean it is an idea that will be stolen & created eventually.
I'd NEVER join a club that would have me as a member.  G.Marx

Thank you, I certainly wouldn't mind  ;)

This side's just gonna have the hand pushing out from the rendy mouth-like opening, the other side it going to have a hand melting up and gripping the door frame. c:
