Celtic Miniature Identification
« on: August 16, 2017, 05:57:41 PM »
Bought these awhile back. I was told they were Black Tree Celts but I can't seem to find them on their store: http://imgur.com/a/F0gR8

There's a bunch more if anyone needs to see more pictures to identify them.

The guy with the side-knot is a Foundry Ancient German. I think the bow fellow is too.

What Plynkes said, these two (side-knot and bow) are Foundry Germans indeed. The other guys are definitely Black Tree, and as far as I remember also Ancient Germans

Thanks, everyone! Not sure why the guy was so confused about what they are, but I appreciate his confusion since I got a great deal on these then. lol

Any advice on rulesets for ancient Germans?

Are you interested in rules for massed battles or skirmish-level games?

Preferably skirmish / warband (think Dragon Rampant) level. I'm far too lazy for painting more.

I am afraid that I won't be able to offer any useful advice then, as I don't play skirmish games. I'm sure that others who do will be along soon with their suggestions.
