Rogue Trader - Genestealer Cult Magus

After so many years, finally I painted one of my RT Genestealer Cult miniature. The Magus himself. I'm not sure if this will be yet the final painted version.

Below my painted miniature, I include the picture of the old magus with the original eavy metal paint scheme from which I was ispired, I'm considering if include the same genestealer cult symbols on the tunic of my magus, as you can see in the picture.

I prefer the look of the metallics on the gun you painted. Not keen on the symbols but the black trim on the bottom might finish it off nicely!

Cool figure and cool paint-up. Better than the original in many ways. The device in his left hand made me think "The Bene Gesserit witch must leave!"

Personally I really dig the symbols (and the crenellated trim) on the original figure. Genestealer imagery is cool! I myself wouldn't be able to paint that well, though.
