I'd like to claim that in my head I had in mind a melee-weapons-only, capture the objective scenario. Reality is I just liked the idea of the black and white paint scheme.  lol lol lol lol

That is a great addition to everything you have going on here. I mean drilling in to vaults for treasures is a great idea and can lead to some wild adventures.

Hi all, thanks for the kind comments on the Rig. Still working on another Lady Scrappers' vehicle but as ever I like to have a few things on the go at one time.

When GW first produced their Necromunda cops (Palanite Enforcers) I thought they looks like a good base for Fallout 4 style combat armoured troops. Taken me about 9 months to actually test that concept but having done so, I think it kinda works...

PMC heads added from Anvil Industries.

I've also been trawling the 3D printer gang on ebay and Etsy and found a few treats of late. Given that much of Junktown is about finding and cracking into Vaults I thought the piece below was perfect for a small, high value vault that had been dragged out of the ground and is now waiting to be fought over in any 'dig site' scenario. I'll cover it in earth to give it a 'just dug up' feel.

The Vault comes from here.

That vault is going to be a great interest in games as to what lies within.

Thanks Snitcy - are you talking about the really early pages? I hadn't gone back and updated them from Photobucket following their attempt at daylight robery a few years ago. Thanks for the prompt. Now working my way back through updating from Flickr where I can still find the original photos.

The kitbashed enforcers look really good; another idea stored for future reference  ;)

And the vault is also pretty sweet. A very sueful piece of terrain and/or objective!

It was this one but you seem to have fixed it.  Like the new vault.

That vault really gives off 'I probably shouldn't go in there...however...' vibes. It's going to look absolutely cracking once it's done, as will the troopers.

I know I'm just awful for performing threadnomancy, but I just wanted to suggest Wargames Atlantic Cannon Fodder bodies with Stargrave heads and arms to make Vault Dwellers. Well, definitely the arms as they have the bracers that make for good Pipboys. Heads, you might want to consider either the Stargrave heads or some Anvil Industry heads.

Well, it's only been since May last year that I did anything worth talking about in Junktown. How depressing is that. I've been shaking myself out of my hobby stupor and hope to head back into the wasteland.

As a starter for 10 I thought I'd see how many vehicles I had to paint. I think I may have a problem....

I also found this Puppetswar Truck and thought I'd Fallout it a bit. Never quite got on with the original wheels.

Reminds me a little of this cherished childhood memory
