Replacement draft horses for Lledo Days Gone carts

I'm thinking about replacing the horses that come with the Lledo carts as I've seen done on here. What are peoples recommended replacements in 28mm? Do you think they need replacing at all?

Ring Mick and Simon at 1st corps,there are multiple options through out their ranges. I've used them on a couple of projects.(alright I've sculpted a few of them and reworked others  ) I use a lot of the thirty years war draft horses mainly because the tac looks good pulling just about anything,but they also do a range of carts and will sell the horses separately and different ranges have horses of different sizes

I was thinking of doing the same thing though once once I priced up the number of horses I needed I was shocked. I was looking at Front Rank and Tiger Miniatures. I think Warbases also do them now .

Ooh, I was thinking of this exact thing, since I could use a horse cart for Interwar gaming!

Say, twrchtrwyth, you wouldn't be interested in a split/group buy, would you? I would guess that some of those horses come in packs which are cheaper in quantity? Send me a PM if you're interested.
