I'm sure I'll buy those Albanians to go with the other packs I bought.
Haven't used them in a game yet.
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it anymore and what is it seems weird and scary.

Superb sculpts.... I doubt I'd have any use for Cadwell's Rangers but the Albanians would come on handy  8)

The Albanians are lovely. I keep thinking of an English or French adventurer seeking treasure and a rpg / skirmish type game with maybe Lord Byron making a cameo appearance.

He was very good at that sort of thing- unsuccessfully but certainly good!  lol

Not in the UK, though North Star does sell some of their ranges just not those above.

I don't have any idea about France- try Comitatus Figurines maybe?

Hi Darrell,

Just had a look at North Star and they don't do these yet.

Will have a scout about and if all else failes will have to buy from the US and pay 20% or so imprt tax.

C'est la vie.

I didn't think so.

Apparently you get great service from Brigade Games (he's always been very prompt in answering any queries that I had too) and you might be able to get them sent in bite sized (import duty free) packages if you ask?

Worth a shot :)

Darrell.

Not if you keep your order round the $100 mark, you won't.

I've been ordering direct from Brigade Games for about four years now and not once have I been hit by French customs. Dunno if my method works out for you, but what I do is wait for Lon to do one of his occasional 10% discount sales, order about 120 dollars's worth of figures - which works out at $108 once the discount has been applied, and Bob's yer uncle - or rather mine in this particular case. If you really need a lot of stuff, then place several separate orders and keep them all below the $110 mark. Postage will be more expensive that way but it's still cheaper than paying import duties.

I must have placed 15 to 20 orders over the past four years and have always slipped under the French customs' radar.

Now that, my friend, sounds like a sound plan! :)
