I really the bone and dark blue color scheme. Nice contrast and eye catching. And looks very much the part for the sisters.

I have that Reaper mini too. And a Sisters warband. I should paint her up and act as an Augur. Terrific paint job.

An inspirational project log! Excellent terrain and excellent painting. I quite like the blue for the Sisters.

As word of the frozen city spreads it has started to attract wizards and shamans from all cormers of the known world:

These were a lucky find. Not going to take much to work these into the game as an Ogre Warband.

Any thoughts on stats and points for these guys woud be much appreciated.
I am leaning towards just calling the them all 100 point Barbarians.

Barbarians sounds right for them. How will you work LOS and cover for such large minis? They look great. Thanks for sharing

Well the wording in the rules is pretty clear .... if you can see a bit of them sticking out from behind cover they are in line of sight .... so being huge and bright blue is not in their favour. :D

However , the guys I play with tend not to be too up tight about playing to the limits of the rules and would typically decide if a model was 90% in cover and clearly my intention had been to leave it in cover they would not be saying "I can see his toe poking out so I am taking the shot".

"Given the ruins and obstacles that should litter the table, line of sight can be a bit trickier to determine. While not essential by any means, a laser pointer or a length of string can be useful for establishing line of sight. Unless the target is completely concealed from view, it is considered to be in line of sight."

I am getting new gaming buddies before I am getting a laser pointer. :D

Yeah I think a friendly understanding attitude in a game like this where you can use any models from tiny gobbos to huge ogres matters more than the letter of the rules :)

Those look great. I'd like to see some other races in Frostgrave as well.

I think ogres should have the large rule. I think barbarians as a base statline could work, maybe lower the will a bit. If you play with the weapon load-out a bit you're there.

Please do write up a battle rep of sorts, I'm quite curious how it plays.

Given the size and the likelihood of them to attract arrows and bolts...I'd go with a Barbarian style...but with added wounds and perhaps strength at a nominal points cost increase.  Add some traits like able to move normal speed with treasure to balance out the small warband size?

Those are some handsome models, but because of their size, trying to use them as a warband may be more trouble than it's worth.  Instead, use the ogres as counts-as snow trolls and then incorporate more trolls into your Random Encounters and/or use them to play Joe's Troll Hunt scenario.

http://therenaissancetroll.blogspot.com/2015/07/frostgrave-scenario-troll-hunt.html

Alternatively, you can create a scenario or mini-campaign around these models. They'd make great antagonists and they'd do justice to your beautiful snow table.

The frozen city continues to attract conjurers from all over the known world .....  from the shifting sands of the south Ali Baba the Enchanter comes to Frostgrave ....

So here is what I have been up to since the sisters of the Frosty heart .....

Ali Baba

Thieves

Thugs

Apothecary

... and the warband all together

... and a Genie

Sorry about the poor phootography ... bit of a grey day here.
