GW once did, I think. Good luck finding one on the cheap. He was a Dogs of War model if I am not mistaken. Was called Midas I think... Not sure though...

Thanks fellas

Ali Baba is an unreleased Empire Wizard ... you would need to go on the collecting Citadel Minis website to find him in the unreleased section.

The Apothecary is, as already stated, Midas the Mean from the Dogs of war army with a bottle stuck in his hand.

The thieves are all vintage preslotta or very early slotta Citadel .... as is one of the three thugs.
Another is a Marauder village.

The guy with the monkey on his shoulder and one of the Men-at-arms are Foundry Darkest Africa and the big guy with the huge sword in the middle is a Reaper mini.

Ali Baba and his retinue is no where near the 40 thieves he should have - a special rule should be some sort of detrimental suffering from the cold.  lol No doubt some of the 40 already died from exposure. Shame they must have travelled some distance to get to the promised treasures of the frozen city.

Just a suggestion to fit into the current "story" in Frostgrave. The love mad suitor could easily be none other than the lichlord. Driven mad by his search for magical power to save his lost love he turned to darker and darker magics eventually becoming frozen in the lost city. He now awakens and continues his search.

Actually that all fits in perfectly with my backstory .... Thanks very much ... I'll have that. :D

I would evin go so far to say that the "youth" that "discovered" Frostgrave in your story is a blood descendent of the sisters family and could be one of the "ingredients" needed to stop the Ice dragon and transform the fire dragon. Which he felt drawn to frostgrave in the first place.

Help yourself ... I stole most of it from existing myths and legends myself. :D

So you can't have Santa without Elves ....

So here are the Elves:

First the apprentice: (I convertion to give him a staff)

Then in contrast to the Dwarf warband being predominantly Infantrymen ... I wanted the Elf warband to be largly archers.
(It makes them very dangerous in the game!)

I started with a bunch of old Jes Goodwin Elves ... with added fur trim:

and added a selection of later edition Gary Morley Wood Elves:

I have this guy as a ranger:

These incude a couple of plastic minis one from the very first plastic warhammer armies box set and another from the 5th edition monopose ones:

... and here they are all together: (I think even though they are from different scultors and different editions they all come together nicely with a the same treatment)
