Painted a Thug

I just finished painting the first model from my nickstarter bundle: A lowly thug.

These guys have a LOT of detail, which means that it took me quite a lot longer than usual to get him done.

Looking good.  I ordered the book earlier to see what all the fuss is about.  I'd planned on just ordering the plastics for dungeon bashing - but Audrey may talk me into playing with her.

I think the rules are great for dungeon adventures, too. In fact, I think I just found one more excuse for building some modular caves/dungeons...

Yeah, but with a headswap from GW Greatswords. I find that it fits very well.

Looking forward to seeing what you figure out. The skellies might be useful as a random encounter as well. The mausoleum scenario looks kinda fun. (That has nothing at all to do with my wizard being a necromancer. )
