Thanks for the kind words chaps.

It was a team effort and a great table to play at. Lots of detail, every glimpse a moment in time....very enjoyable. Great to see a Vickers Mk II Medium as king of the battlefield...such a cool tank!

Expect more desert action in the future be it in the Western or Ogaden desert

Hi Lou,

Mercifully I supplied all the Italians! Though if you look at M11/39 I did a quasi-caunter scheme as I do like that disruptive pattern.

My erstwhile enemies needed to get their vehicles ready for the day so went with a simple desert scheme.

...unfortunately they shoot just as well regardless of their paint scheme!!😁😁

Hi TT,

The Italian infantry are Perry Miniatures. The gun is Empress Miniatures as are the CVs. The M11/39 is from Blitzkrieg Miniatures....all I must say, top quality miniatures.

The Brits are Perry plastics...but I didn't pay too much attention to them.. I was on the Duce's side!! The Brits did look lovely though with a mix of Warlord Vehicles and some odds and sods I don't know about (not my miniatures).
