Adran the Wizard - for Frostgrave, Kings Of War, D&D
« on: August 12, 2015, 03:43:02 PM »
I've recently started playing D&D again and had a player that had to use my Gil-Galad figure as his elf wizard character. Of course I couldn't let that stand, so naturally I bought a new figure - in the 1000+ figs I have lying around I didn't have a single suitable elf wizard on hand - and painted it up in a day for tonight's session.

Of course with all the Frostgrave talk lately I've also set aside some figures to accompany Adran into Frostgrave. On top of that, it will also take part as a battle wizard for my elvish Kings of War OldHammer project...

Here he is:

Thanks

It's probably the hair, but the Wizard reminds me of James Earl Jones' character in the first Conan movie. That aside, your brushwork & color choices are OUTSTANDING. VERY WELL DONE!

Awesome paintwork...so awesome I can overlook my absolute disdain for black-edged bases.  :`
