Do you mean Outpost Wargame Services? I placed a custom order by e-mail last summer. Allegedly it ended up in a spam folder and I only got a reply about a month later. Eventually it went fine, though.

I don't know anything about the very latest state of matters, but maybe you can derive something from that snippet.

Sadly, yes. It's too bad I wanted to place a very substatial order but I don't want to risk the hassle of 100's of $$$ getting lost in limbo. Thanks for the heads up.
