Also, the ancient Jes Goodwin Wood Elves War Hounds have a bit fur to keep the cold winds out (if you can get your palms on some):

I plan on painting a Reaper Barrow rat for use as a warhound.  That is one big rat!

I'm using the Irish Wolf hounds from Gripping Beast/Saga they are the painting table now but I will post them when they are done.

Deezee Miniatures has dogs and mastiffs. Bigger than average 28mm, so heroic scale but I like them for fantasy

Miniature Mojo has German Shepherds and Border Collies (as well as Wolves), though I'd think you'd be more interested in the Shepherds than the Collies for warhounds.  lol

Not hairy, but the ex-Vendel range (now Sergeant-Major Miniatures) have two packs of very good mastiff-style hounds like the two on the right below. Five with collars and five without. Very nice models  :)



Hi - I was looking for some slender nosed short haired dog models like the two on the left that look more like Greek hunting dogs (not Mastiffs). I can't seem to find or ID them online.
