Is anybody using a proforma for keeping track of who gained what treasure, what experience Wizards gained etc. following each game?

I usually use scrap of paper after the battle and then I put it in my "running report" document along with date, name and school of my opponent and I update all the stats I have. That's my electronic backup to my paper wizard sheet.

We have typed a one page wizard sheet that has a space for recording treasure and experience as it happens. After the game it is rubbed out, ready for the next game.

Now I think about it I've lost track of how many spaces you would need.
8 to start plus additional slots for bases and perhaps some extras for temporary warband members like Demons.
They aren't part of the warband but during the game you need somewhere to keep track of them.
There is an editable pdf on a previous thread but excel would be good too.
