I have painted force of 30-years war Imperialist infantry and Curassiers. The miniatures are intended for large scale skirmish games. The flags are handpainted and based on actual Imperialist banners that are a part of the Swedish State Trophy Collection. You can read more about it on my blog.

They do look like they just embarked on a campaign. The next unit I paint up might recieve a more worn look.
