Highly sensible fur hats for the Egyptian campaign. Stylish and sweaty.  lol

I doubt there would be much of a market for plastic pre-Peninsular Napoleonic Brits. Alan's going to town on these in metal because he's obviously been bitten by the Egyptian bug but I don't think Perry Mins would be able to recoup the high costs of a plastic set.

When they put out a set of French Savants, and then the myriad opposing forces, it will be buying time.

I'm enthralled by the Egyptian campaign!

Damm their eyes - have already done this in 18mm, but it is very tempting to do the same in 28mm. Imagine Perry Mamulekes?

I doubt they are usable for the "Holland" landings. Up to now I have only seen the older bicorne clad and open fronted coat on paintings from this 1799 campaign

Hurrah! The 90th! Looks like I won't have to be converting the other Egyptian campaign releases with plastic Light Dragoon heads, after all!
Proudly not painting Wars of The Roses since... ever

I am very much hoping that they will follow through on the Light Dragoons and get into the Maratta Wars in India as well as Egypt.  Assaye, Seringipatan, Gwalior and the Scindia. Having walked most of the ground in the last 4 years it would be brilliant to be able to fight it all through in my dotage.
