Help with unit structures in Balkans Wars 1912-13
« on: September 14, 2015, 11:18:32 PM »
Has anyone got any info on platoon structures for the Turks, Greeks and Bulgarians in the Balkans Wars?

So far it seems that the Turkish infantry were in 50-man platoons, I'm assuming 4 x 12 man sections, plus an officer and sergeant. I've seen 60-man platoons mentioned for the Greeks, here I'm assuming that doesn't include the officer and is 4 x 15 man sections. I've nothing on cavalry.

I would appreciate if anyone can confirm or correct this, or can offer any other information.

Thanks.
