Is 'What The' miniatures still trading?

Just checking to see if anyone has any information on 'What The' Miniatures.  I ordered a Herr Totenkopf figure way back in May, has never arrived, attempts to contact them from their website page had never led to a reply.  Can anyone shed any light on this?

I ordered the same figure (plus a Lilith) in June last year and didn't had any problem (received it in Portugal in less than a month).

But first I contacted the owner (or whom I think it's the owner), he's a member here:

Thanks for the reply.  His profile shows he was last active on the forum on Feb 1, 2015, hence my wondering if there were health/life issues or something similar, so I guess I really want to know if anyone has had successful communication in 2015, and since May in particular

I sold Mark What The?! Miniatures a few years back and I have to admit I have lost contact with him since.  I will try to get a hold of him and see what's up.

Never had a reply, never received my figure, never got a refund of the money.  I really wanted that figure to use as a Red Skull, bit of a bugger to dip out on it.  It now sits on my wish list alongside the Capt. America, Bucky and Dum Dum 28mm white metal figures

Situation has been sorted.  Mark from 'what the' replied to my message last night and is organising a replacement figure for me.  It is always great to find someone with fantastic customer service.  Thanks also to Davros for passing his details onto me.  That will now be one figure scratched off the Weird War wish list.

My replacement Herr Totenkopf figure arrived yesterday.  Thank you to the forum members who helped me get in touch with Mark from What The, and thank you to Mark for being gracious enough to send a replacement.  Looking forward to getting some paint on him so he can lead my forces against Capt America.
