Just been flicking through your blog after seeing this. Very impressive set up and figure collection!  What table size are you using? We played a brigade level ACW campaign a few years ago on a 5'x4' table and it was cramped but lots of fun. It made for some bloody battles. Sadly time has prevented us doing anything similar this year.
