Great work, Perry figures are an inspiration. How do you get the snow effect on the cloaks etc ? I have tried various white paint efforts ,but nothing as crisp as this.

As to rules for skirmishes...Musket and Tomahawks for small groups of men or for a handful of figures try the Brian Ansell skirmish rules ..recently re adapted by Matakishi and beautifully presented on his Matakishi Tea House blog.
