Author Topic: Frostgrave Rulebook.......Out of Print? (Read 3548 times)

I was up at my local gaming store, asking about doing a Frostgrave demo one night up there. Owner said he was fine with it, but, he could not get the FG rulebook because 3 different supplier told him the book was out of print. He would have to wait till Osprey printed more, and they didn't give him an ETA. Seems odd to me that the main rules would be oop status with the Nickstarter for the expansion going on. Now that I think abotu it, there is no level in the new Nickstarter that INCLUDES the base rulebook. Anybody in the know that can shed some light on this?

I ordered one from Nortstar the weekend before this one. I received it in the course of last week. Of course it might have been the last one....

Ooo, Level 5 does include the rulebook, that's the one for those that missed out so can get everything now.

Both Chapters and Amazon in Canada show stock and a lovely discount. Not that I will actually buy it, but there it is. I also saw one at the local shop, been there a few weeks in fact, just sitting in the new release section.

The thing about Frostgrave is it's selling so well it's on it's 3rd reprint since July.

We have stock, and it's not showing as out of stock at Osprey.

I'll say it again Mr Grant, Amazon be damned Sir. Nice discount for Fat cats in Luxembourg, nothing for the hobby, parasites I tell you.

If you're in the states, Brigade Games had stock yesterday. And they're likely a Northstar partner since they're doing the Nickstarter.

Yes US. But looking for stock a little higher up the food chain for my local brick&mortar. I already have my book.

There should be a fixed normal retail price on it; only online stores are discounting it from what I've seen.

24.95 us, 28.95 can.
