Great looking start!

Will it become a small piazza with a fountain?

In this phase of the work I'm trying proportions between buildings statues stairs only to see where to place the
doors and windows that give height to these
  in short, a study phase

Great work Carletto, I can't wait to see it done. Come si chiama il materiale che usi, e dove si trova in Italia? (Where do you buy your material from in Italy, and how do you call it in Italian).

Polistirene  (foamboard) sold in almost all DIY centers at a cost of 08.06 euros per sheet
or if you want to save 3 euros per sheet where there sell construction materials in various thicknesses and depending on the thickness changes the color pink blue green white and yellow
a sheet 60 x120 cm (2cm) to about 3  euros and foamcutter can obtain various thicknesses
I'm Italian

I think the proportions of the buildings look great. I assume this is a diorama or static scene rather than a piece of wargames terrian? I'd be a bit concerned with the strength of some of the foam pieces otherwise, but would assume that you could (carefully!) push wire into the thinner forms to add strength.

One thing I'd be tempted to do (after a small test!) is wipe filler into the gaps between the 'stones' in order to hide crimes and provide a mortar texture. I've never tried this myself, it just occurred to me looking at your work.

Great stuff!
