Just want to make sure I'm reading this right.

So in v2, cultists are limited to 0.5 EP weapons?

I do like the idea of limiting their firepower, but I've got all these great Murch cultists with shotguns and tommy guns. Can beefier weapons be purchased for them, or should I relegate these guys to VUK duty?  Either way's cool with me, I just need to get my painting priorities straight. :)

Rather than being 'limited' they 'come with for free'...you can still buy them whatever you like. You should be able to use pretty much whatever models you have.  8)

Next question: on the "automatic advancement" that's available to one member of a winning threshold team- is that an automatic roll on the advancement table or a free choice of what attribute to advance?

Just played our first game of the second edition, and it ran smoothly and quickly. Too much fun, thanks again to the creators and testers!

The advancement you get for winning is an automatic roll on the advancement table...you don`t get to pick an attribute improvement unless you roll it on the advancement table...

... and another one (sorry).

If a witch has cast "fair beauty" and casts her remaining spells through her familiars and is the last lurker on the board, does threshold lose?  Is there another way to break the spell so that she can be attacked in this case?

... and another one (sorry again).

for a model to be "unarmed", does it have to be completely weaponless, or does it just have to choose to not use a weapon in close combat (can it take ranged weapons)?
