Signs of lead rot?

Apologies if this is in the wrong subforum, signs of lead rot on the figure on the far right?

Looks like it, yes.
Try gently burnishing the crystaline areas with a blunt needle, if it returns to shiny metal you may be able to recover it with a bath in a strong brine solution (the salt neutralises the rot causing acids) and painting/varnishing.
If the metal stays dark or worse flakes/crumbles the model is a goner.
