Hey, these are quite good looking. If you want to base them, then, yeah, a bit of plastic card should do the trick. But why not leave them unbased?

Really, the base is only on it because its plastic and has no mass.

It needs some kind of weighting. I might just put something inside it, its hollow. That would probably be better

Maybe use a 40mm/1.5in steel washer from the DIY store? A flat one would be large enough to accommodate the tank.

Or do a rectangular base from plasticard. Nice models.

Im thinking because the hull is hollow to glue in loads of bits of lead, make it all heavy.

Hes got a identical twin that needs doing to.

Should work, im even geting some MDF bases this weekend i think. It would be ok.
